Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include any promotional materials that came with your order.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
